How far is it from the beach and the river?
It’s an easy 10 minute stroll to the Murray River, and a 10 minute drive to Goolwa Beach. Hindmarsh Island is also just a quick drive over the bridge.
Are pets allowed?
The property is fenced and suitable for dogs, but if your dog is a digger we respectfully ask you don’t leave it unsupervised in the garden.

Stepping through the central front door into the enclosed courtyard, guests are immersed in a tranquil sanctuary where hanging gardens soften the space, a bubbling water feature creates a calming ambience, and sliding timber screens filter sunlight while offering adjustable privacy and shelter from the elements.
Designed as two independent living spaces, the two pods, Banksia and Hakea are named for the extensive plantings which are featured through every window.
The Pods has been designed with comfort in mind, featuring heated bathroom floors, induction cooking, an outdoor shower, and easy access throughout without steps.

Both Banksia Pod and Hakea Pod have been designed to provide comfort and ease for guests with mobility considerations, without compromising the luxurious feel of the spaces. Generously sized doorways and spacious bathrooms allow easy movement with mobility aids, while discreetly integrated grab rails within each shower and beside toilets provides additional support without creating a clinical appearance. Access to both pods is smooth and convenient via gently sloping pathways and ramps, ensuring guests feel at home in a space designed for comfort, dignity, and serenity.
